notice before such brief interruptions. In any case, we only
guarantee performance of services to the extent of available
bandwidth and technical resources. We reserve the right to
change the terms and conditions of service at any time, without
notice.

Acceptable Use of a Website/Domain Name Hosting

Absolutely NO PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL is allowed on our servers.
If we discover such material, your web site will be terminated
immediately.

Absolutely NO SPAM EMAIL is to be transmitted from our servers. For
this purpose SPAM email is defined as unsolicited email destined for
one or more recipients. If we discover such practices, we will terminate
your account immediately.

Security Policy

Domain/Web Site Administration: We strongly encourage the use of
SSH to securely manage the technical administration of domains/aliases to
be hosted by Endian Networks. SSH offers encrypted equivalents of FTP
and Telnet that are 128 bit secure. There are freely available SSH
clients on the Internet for Windows clients. We are taking these steps to
promote security and site content protection for our customers' web sites. In
addition, our servers will be protected behind a firewall. It is our goal to
provide maximum protection in a transparent manner for our customers.

Billing Terms
|

|
Billing via email will be provided to the customer by the 20th day
of each month, for the billing period of the subsequent month. Personal or
company checks are accepted, with a $20 fee for any check that is returned.
